Writer’s tip and trick

Published October 25, 2008 by ladyserenity92

Write a lot, read a lot. Have a blog or notebook and write everyday. The same with reading. Read what you can in books or on blogs. Make time to read and write. Make the world your reading and writing place. When you come across a pen, a pencil or a piece of blank paper or notebook, it is a sign that you must keep writing. The same thing with a book; keep reading. Don`t give up. In order to be a better writer, you must discipline yourself to write a lot and read a lot. Write a lot everyday; read a lot everyday, and don`t stop.

E-Comic books

Published October 20, 2008 by ladyserenity92

Have you ever seen the Tom Hanks movie Big? In the movie, Tom and he’s girlfriend share with the company a electronic toy that lets you interact with the comic book. 20-something years later, we have an e-book called Kindledthat let’s you read and download books electronically without having to carry loads of backbreaking books.

We have e-books, why not have an e-comic book? The e-comic book is just like an e-book; only it works for comic books, mangas and mangwas. They have a voice that reads the story and sounds to go with it. Unlike an e-book, an e-comic can be read left to right and right to left. Why has no one thought of an e-comic yet.

The e-comic is the size of a paperback book. Like a paperback, it opens to reveal a screen, page turning buttons, and has a volume switch. The e-comic book can hold up to 200 books downloaded. Maybe the Japanese can make one. They’re the ones that gave us Pokemon.

A secret about Ken Watanabe

Published September 4, 2008 by ladyserenity92

I want to reveal a hidden secret on actor Ken Watanabe. He is a three time cancer survivor. I was reading sometime about the actor and learned about his battles with cancer. Living with cancer is not easy to deal with. I’ve lost a cousin and friend to cancer. Mr. Wantanbe has given hope for people living past their cancer. I’m thankful that he’s still alive and still fighting this disease.

Hang in there, Ken! You’ll make it to be 100. Maybe you should be a spokesperson for the cancer association. God bless you, sir.

What went worng with my post

Published September 3, 2008 by ladyserenity92

I think it may be because I haven’t kept my promises to write more stories, or it may be because my blogpet may be dying from lack of expression that I give to it. Well anyway, tell me what you want to see on my blog. Just let me know and I’ll see what I can do to revive my blogpet. I’ll might put up a must-read book list just in time for Banned Book Week. I know that my blog doesn’t have much new stuff posted, I apologized for the balds on my post.

Don’t worry! I’m going to make it more fun. Believe it or not, I do have my novel on hand. This will be the last boring post before the debut of my novel Such Sweet Sorrow. I’m going to post it by tomorrow. Well, I’ve gotta fly to class. See ya!

Chef is dead

Published August 11, 2008 by ladyserenity92

I know that you probably heard the news about Issac Hayes yesterday or today. Hayes was what you call a genius. His deep personalty and his alto-ego Chef  on his South Park days was one of his fineness. Yesterday, he left this world at age 65. My heart goes out to Mr. Hayes’ family and to him. Bye, Chef.

August 8th, 2008

Today is 8/8/08

Although I am not superstitious, what I do know is that we don’t want another ‘Senator No’. We need more freedom like Canada and the EU. Even more freedom like Japan (and Japan’s a Conservative country). This day will be a day of change for the world. We’ll have more freedom and more money in our pockets. We’ll even have cupboards full of food. This is a day that we become a day of prosperity and change.

I finished reading Be With You on Wednesday. It was a B, but it was moving.

I thank you guys and gals for supporting my blog. I’ve tried to get a Pay-pal button for my blog, however I had no success. But for now, I am posting up more items everyday. Stay with me. I also know that someone is having a 45th anniversary this month. Yea!

Have a happy day & stay tuned!

Crisis in the military

Published August 4, 2008 by ladyserenity92

Ladies and gentlemen, it has happened again!

You may have heard it on the news that a young woman in the military was sexually assaulted by her doctor while she was at his office for a check-up. You would think our court system would handle this problem and punish the creep and put him in the slimy rat hole with the other rats, right? Instead of being punished, Dr. Sicko was giving a court-marshal and went on with his job. As for the woman he assaulted; she now has to live with the nightmare of being raped for the rest of her life. For one thing: I know that she cannot get over it.

Ever since woman were allowed into this ‘man’s only’ society, there have been more sexual assaults and rapes since the 1990’s. It could be because the male ‘shoves’ want to bully the girls, or it is because there are afraid of females and don’t want their cooties on their turf. What ever the reason, the rapes are going on and no one isn’t doing a bloody thing. When I was a little girl, my father was threatening to send my butt to the army. Just recently, I saw Barbie dolls dressed up as soldiers and sailors placed up on selves at the toy store. The military is using dolls to lure little girls into joining the military. So are cartoons. ‘ Why don’t you help your country, young lady. You will be a hero.’  The one thing the slime balls don’t tell the girls is that (with those smiles on the dolls and cartoons’ faces) is: ‘All we ask for is your virginity and your vow of silence.’

Why are women who help our fight with the war are being taking advantage of after all they had done for us? You pigs have mothers and sisters and other females in your lives. You should be ashamed.

We as a nation should stand up to the victims of rape in the military. It’s too late for Jessica Laumbsburg (rest her soul) but their are many other victims who need a voice of help and to fight for them. We must do something to stop this crisis today. Boys in the army, be real men. Don’t rape!
