Lady Gag me with a spoon!

Published February 26, 2010 by ladyserenity92

I recently heard a song by Lady Gaga.

After listening to her song, I felt sick as a clam at a beach party.

Her song(I cannot recall which one it was on the radio) made me think of her as ‘nutty and crazy’.

Why would someone want a man who is a diseased rat with no class and poor taste.

It’s official, I’m out of the Lady Gaga fan club!

Rain, I want you to bring a light to the dark-ages of radio with your music.

Peace Out!

I know this is a very ‘controversial’ quote, but it’s a very kind one that can teach you guys that you can’t let ‘bakkas(idiots)’ control your life. As long as you keep your head up, everything will come out great in the end.

Sometimes children and adults need an enemy in their lives just to prove to the cheeky bastard that they are much more smarter than their enemy is. You are somebody; but your enemy is just a jackarse that just wants you to fail. —- anonymous(A former bully victim)

I don’t remember who the person was that spoke to me in my youth. But for one thing, that ‘person’ was a somebody who never gave in to the bullying. Hang in there and never give up.

“Sometimes it is often best to write on paper first before typing on the computer”

Published February 21, 2010 by ladyserenity92

That is what some old-school Creative Writing teachers would tell you. And you know what; it’s sometimes a very good advice. In the age of computers and technology, what would happen if all the computers in the world suddenly get hit with a ‘cyber-blackout’? (Read: “Cyber-blackout hits, Feb. 20,2010). Computers don’t last forever.

With paper, you can write whatever is on your mind and you don’t have to share it with the whole world. (Unless you have to.) Plus, paper is less expansive than a computer. If you lost your work on the computer, you are out of gas. With paper, you won’t lose your hard-working work.

There are some downsides to paper.

If you get soaked in the rain, chances are, that report you’ve worked on for years will be gone in the trash. And fires love the taste of paper. The flames catch it, bye-bye.

In other words, sometimes a computer is best sometimes; just in moderation. Paper is sometimes better, too. But together, they can work to make lives better.

If you happened to see Joyce Carol Oats on a bench writing on paper(in longhand), just make sure she saw the weather report. There’s a chance that it will rain on her head; and on her papers.

Cyber-Blackout hits

Published February 20, 2010 by ladyserenity92

If anyone is a blogist on and has a habit of placing a post everyday(like little old me), you can count your blessings and your head. recently on February, 19th suffered a cyber-blackout that lasted 110 minutes. As a result of the infamous ‘blackout’, many fans and bloggers couldn’t get through the ‘red wall’.

This wasn’t the first time that had suffered a cyber-blackout.

In 2006, the host blog had its first cyber-blackout. Although cyber-blackouts are often common, it is sometimes common that cyber-blackouts can last for long periods of time. While is investigating the cause of the blackout, they may be a few reasons why a cyber-black out happens. One reason is that so many people logged on to the many blogs on the website, that it may had crashed the site, causing the blackout.

Another theory is that a hacker(not ‘Hacker‘ from the PBS series ‘Cyber Chase’) may had hacked into the computer system(viz: and override the company’s website. In the news, the Interpol police is investigating a wave of cyber-crime involving hackers from Europe and Asia.

The final theory to the cause of cyber-blackouts may be that the US Government might had been behind the ‘blackout’. Russia and China are some of the countries that has no freedom of any kind. The government even had a iron-grip on free speech. In fact, the government can also ‘blackout’ certain websites that the government considers ‘non-approprate’.

Whatever the reason, is looking into the matter. A male spokesperson apologized to users and fans of for the blackout. is a young company, but like any young company, it sometimes can come across a tiger in the road. If can keep their word, then blogist can remain on the website for many years to come.

“Silent Bob” Speaks out about being Discriminated

Published February 15, 2010 by ladyserenity92

Director Kevin Smith (AKA: ‘Silent Bob’) has just found out the hard way that discrimination and prejudice can also happen to famous people. There’s no one in the world immune by a society of haters. Not even overweighted people.

Mr. Smith brought a two-seat ticket for Southwest Airlines. On the plane, he was forced to get off the plane because of the weight policy. Southwest claimed that the weight policy has been around for 20 years. Appalled, “Silent Bob” made a ‘Virtual Outcry’ on his ‘Twitter’ page. After Southwest Airlines read about the complaint, they offered Mr. Smith a $100 voucher as an apology present.

“Silent Bob” declined the gift and told the airline company to stick their ‘peace oftering’ in their mouths!

No one, not even overweighted celebrities are immuned to haters!

For C.J., Starlet and Angel

It’s rough to forgive the people who hurt you and stole your childhood, but you’re alive to be reunited with your family. Think about that!

No matter how many days, weeks, months or years you’ve put off getting on the train of dreams; get back on the train before it leaves you. Once the train of dreams leaves the station, then you’re out of gas. —- Lady Serenity.

I’ve listened to Sade’s ‘Solder of Love’ on the radio. So far I’ve gotten used to her new music. although Ms. Sade took ten years to return to the spotlight, it was worth it. Welcome back, Sade!

Hot Riddles for a Cold Day!

Published February 9, 2010 by ladyserenity92

I have felt the cold snap from my subjects. I’ve decided to gave you two riddles hot and fresh from the oven! Enjoy them while they’re hot!

Calculator Riddle

This is a funny riddle that I invented on my calculator back in the 1990s. Find a  calculator to get the riddle.

What can be scrambled six times(press 6), fried six times(press 6); and boiled three times(press 3)?

If you got the number ‘663’, turn your calculator upside down and you got the answer to the riddle.

An egg.

‘Where are they’ Riddle

My cousin and her husband had just came back from their honeymoon. On their honeymoon, they visited a castle that was once restricted to outsiders except for the king and his family. On the next stop, My cousin went to a square where many youths sacrificed their lives on ‘The Streets of Red’. My cousin saw the portrait of a man who was responsable for robbing the childhood of  millions of children and countless others. When my cousin’s blood began to boil, her husband gave her a black-and-white teddy bear to calm her down. Since the bus was packed with people(as well as was the country with billions of people), My cousin and her husband decided to ride back to the hotel by bicycle. Pedaling off into the sunset, My cousin’s husband replied hauntingly, “My family and I left this country; it has never left me nor its people.”

Where were my cousin and her husband on their honeymoon?

They were on their honeymoon in China.

I hope you guys and gals have a safe Valentine’s Day, and a wonderful Chinese New Year!

Let’s do the tiger dance!

Life after the Super Bowl(The Sunday After)

Published February 8, 2010 by ladyserenity92

Another Super Bowl Sunday has come and gone. The New Orleans Saints dominated over the Indianapolis Clots 17 to 31. I can just picture my dad’s face after seeing his Saints win. I often think about my daddy but I don’t miss him. The thought of not having a dad with me won’t stop me from making a life for myself. I’ve gotten used to not having the bastard around. Please, don’t pity me. The sweet side about not having my dad here is that I can stay single and unmarried without children. And I don’t have my daddy to tell me that I should get on the wife/mother bus.

Happy Me!

The T.V. ad’s were somewhat of a mixed bag. There were some that were good, some bad; and others ugly. No wonder why I don’t watch much telly. There is propaganda, sexism; stupidity. I wish that there would be something smart and colorful. With so much propaganda on the air, it’s like I’m sitting on the Libraian scale of who to believe, the left or the right.

You alone have to think for yourself! Get off the scale!

I’m reading different blogs besides my own. I’m studying to see what people love and hate on a blogist’s blog. I haven’t been posting much lately since it’s the early months of 2010. That’s normal for most people not to post frequally. As a blogger, you need time to think about what to put on your blog. I know it’s not easy, but just hang on and take your time.

Have a nice day!
